Challenge: Come up with an experiential idea for Nike that encourages young girls to get into basketball.

WNBA players are paid 0% of their jersey sales under the current Collective Bargaining Agreement that expires in 2025. Nike is the first company to pay WNBA players 50% before the expiration date. Nike will work with high school girls' championship basketball teams across the country, helping them design their winning season jerseys while teaching them about the business side of the sport.
